Volkswagen — about polo diesel

i owened a polo diesal top model in may 2013.AC of car not working blowers sometimes not works.wheels and tyres are very poor quality which causes damages of car.now company says oil pump is also damaged by rough driving.I want to ask if i drive roughly then how car makes milage of 22 to 25 kmpl per ltrs.please help me to sort out these things I m mently harresed by these thing because i invest my all savins to buy this car.My car registration no. is DL14C 1065.
