In reference to the deal closure ID [protected], I have sold my Ford Ecosports to Cars24. The representative who was handling my case was deepmala.[protected]@cars24.com.
The representative named Deepa had promised me to make the deal for the full price of the car, which is 4, 01, 000 INR. She mentioned before making the deal that through her reference services charges will be waived off. We had agreed for the amount of 4, 01, 000 INR to be credited in my account.
While handing over my car to cars24, I received the amount after deducting service charges, which is INR 6, 018.
I was reluctant to give the keys at that moment, but Deepa had a tele call with me and mentioned that within 48hrs I will receive the remaining amount.
After asking for mail confirmation, she sent me a mail with delivery note, service charge invoice and mentioning that service charges will be waived off in 48hrs just to get my keys.
Post the deal, which happened on Dec16th'2022, I have been chasing her via mails, calls and texts, but she been very arrogant in avoiding me. Today I had a word with her and she is asking for 5 more days .
I told her that I have confirmation mail from you and I will approach consumer court but still she asked me 5days more and then she said you may approach consumer court boldly if dues wont get cleared within 5days. The conversation with her has been very arrogant and wonder how can someone manipulate clients this way that too when we approach trusting cars24
I am thinking to give her 5days more and then file a complaint against cars24 for the same in the consumer court if it wont get resolved.
