Dear sir,
This is to inform you that I had purchased a Hyundai i10 on 8th OCT 2021 and I was promised by your sales officer that I will get my car repaired after delivery.
Post that I have been trying to call the customer care to raise a repair complaint and I did not get any response from them.
Finally after much request on 25th OCT 2021 my request was accepted by cars 24 and my car got picked up. After 4 days, I did not get any update from anyone about where my car is and whether the work is started up or not. your customer care person has promised me that it will take only 2-3 days of time, since there was not update and i was having some urgent work so i requested that i need my car back and i got the car back on 29th OCT evening without any work done and one of my bluetooth pendrive is been stolen by those people.
Since that time I have been trying to reach the customer care and I have sent many mails regarding the same. I didn't get any update, finally on 17th OCT 2021 after much request one person came and picked up my vehicle and customer care people have promised me that your work will be done.
Till now there is no update, somehow i got to know where my vehicle is and when i visited there i came to know that CARS24 has not approved for any work which i had mentioned.
Sir, if this is how your team treats the customer after sales then i request you kindly take the vehicle back and release me from the loan duties.

Below are my issues which I had already mentioned.
1) There is a dent and scratch in the bumper that has to be removed as promised by the sales manager.
2) Horn is not working.
3) Ac cooling is not proper
4) Driver side window making some noise while rolling up or down
5) There is a leakage in the silencer and making some noise from the day 1.
6) I still didn't get the 2nd key and remote
7) Back wiper is making some noise
8) Wheel alignment is not proper
