[Resolved]  Cars24 Services — booked appointment but no one responded on that day

Hello,

Had booked an appointment for car inspection on 19th oct at 6 pm. On the same day i was getting the reminder call and even text messages and finally got the msg at 5pm that within 1 hour cars 24 executive vl reach. But very disappointed to say that when i called the cars 24 customer care he was saying that due the 19th oct is holiday on the occasion of dussehra, the executive can’t come.

Really don’t know what say on this. If it’s holiday then how come my appointment is confirmed and what the text messages and the phone calls which i have received as the reminders.

Please look into this issue so that no one suffers in future and i want an explanation why it has happened because cars 24 has spoiled my day.
