In the month of December 2021 I decided to sell my Car so I informed my friends circle and additionally to Cars24. Finally one of my known person offered me 3.40 lakhs and immediately from Cars 24 I got an offer for Rs.3.45 lakhs (after 1st inspection) . So, I thought Cars24 is the good amount offer what I got and therefore I turned down my friend offer who was ready to buy for 3.40lakhs.
After that for couple of days my RELATIONSHIP MANAGER NAMED MR.RAGHAVENDRA +91-[protected] who was in contact with me since the beginning didn't turn up... I waited n waited and called him up 5 times, 10 times, 20 times No response at all to my call & message... After that I visited Malleswaram, Bangalore branch to know the status... There I got to know that he won't sit in Malleswaram branch... (Earlier he had clearly said that he sits in Malleshwaram branch) . On Jan 5th he came back over the call and calmly he said that 'He was on a Holiday on tje occassion of Christmas and New Year' that is why he was not able to contact me... HERE THE YEAR HAS BEEN PASSED FROM 2021 TO 2022 AND PRICE CAME DOWN TO 3.40LAKHS. I still agreed to it and asked him to proceed... From next day to till today he is not responding to my call...
Part 2 : I was frustrated and collected Mr. Praveen's number +91-[protected] who assured me that he'll help me in closing the case... He came back and offered me 3.15lakhs.. When I told him the history directly he said 'I am sorry for what happened, but this is what I can do for u'
Why should I bare this loss now? Whose Mistake of getting delayed?? Hence, I wrote an email to customer care and my case was passed to Mrs. Shashikala +91-[protected] itseems who is also Manager for Mr.Raghavendra... From then on she's in contact with me without taking any responsibilities by getting all the documents from me... I religiously followed everything whatever she said and submitted... Now she sent for 2nd inspection of my car there they have found many problems which was not found in the first inspection... So she is offering me 2.90lakhs...
Interesting part is that I live in Apartments and I have my own parking space & car is also not moved even an inch after first inspection... Car odometer is the solid Proof... Now they r giving me these kind of lame reasons each and every single day being a managers of reputed organisation called Cars24.
Now tell me, the days have passed, year has been changed, they are giving me wrong assurance and avoiding calls because of these I have lost a genuine buyer in my friend circle and from 3.45 lakhs to 2.90 lakhs they have come down... Whose fault is that ? Why should me being a customer should face this?
I am facing Harrassment + Financial Loss each n everyday... Even today they aren't calling me proactively... I have to be like a beggar and ask for M update & they respond to my call based on their mindset and mood swings... I need a justice to the issue what I am facing because of this irresponsible 'So called Managers' not even 0.000001% of Humanity towards their customers . There Robotic reply is just "BUYER BACKED OUT AT THE LAST MOMENT, WHAT CAN I DO? U HAVE TO WAIT TILL I FIND ANOTHER BUYER FOR UR CAR" This is the standard reply what they give and relax themselves... It is my own hard earned money... Giving up 55000 is not a joke at all... When Managers itself behave like this whom should I go and approach please advise??? I need a justice to this case... Please someone help me on this case.. Ask someone to come out of their lavish comfort zone and work for their customers atleast once in a while and be true to the salary what they take every month from the organisation... Hope I get my resolution here...
