Dear sir This refers my previous mail dated 24 july 2019 regarding car no. Hr12r5657. I am regularly in touch with you to buy the same car, for which you have taken the token amount. I am always fail to proceed the deal. Please either you return my money or you show me the same car to buy. If you know that the car is not of same match, what you mentioned in your website, then pls let me see the another one of same match, and cost. I expect an early reply from you. Verified Support Apr 09, 2020 CARS24 Services Customer Care's response Hi Adarsh Sonkar, This has to be noticed that the token amount is non-refundable as attached in the Acknowledgement receipt sent to you. Also, we are having numerous cars listed on the portal, our representative will help you out in finding as per your requirement if you intent here but the same car if not available cannot be sold.
