Cars24 Services — Cars24 fraud employee

I sent money to Cars24 employee for RC transfer process. The process got delayed due to whatever reason. Now that employee left the company and cars24 is saying that they are not liable for any money sent to them or any car documents that he possessed. Their service team didn't help at all after 3-4 months of conversation. THIS IS A FRAUD company.

hello all i sale my car by april 30th . till now registration no yet done and also my balance payment also not yet cleared. some many call no one is lifting my calls. this is really ridiculous .hope team can understand my issue resolve it ASAP.
