Cars24 Services — Cars24 unable to provide me service history which cars 24 performed in agreement with mg agency

Hi,

I had purchased a car on 18 april 2025
Mg hs 2023 model

Before purchase I salles team confirmed with me that the car is in manufacturing warranty and the app also reflected the same and cars 24 also provided me NOC to transfer the manufacturing warranty to my name..
Wher as I visited the mg agency it was found that the previous owner had missed one servicing so as per their policy the manufacturing warranty cannot be guaranteed to me .

Below is the solution they provided.

I had to provide them service history of the car from cars24.

They also informed me that the servicing which cars24 did was in agreement with mg agency ..

Upon requesting the above documents to cars24 on 20 april and multiple followups cars 24 is unable to provide me the details and keep on fooling me ..
