Cars24 Services — delayed post purchase service of rc

I contacted many times through phone and mail to cars24 representative but did not receive any positive response from them. I bought car from them but it's more than 2 months now but still waiting for my rc which supposed to be transferred with 45 days. Every time i contacted to cars 24 representatives they told me that will get back to you but later no response from them. I am writing this complaint now in hope of positive response. My name is pushpak rana and the car which i bought from them is maruti sx4 hr26be9412.
