Don't every buy from cars24. I had a very bad experience bought hyundai i20 Oct 2016 model 30k driven. Car listed with no imperfections. Car was bought for test drive late in the evening so that u can't see any paint defects. Car was good no doubt. Later the car was delivered late in the evening and was scratched at the rear left door while delivery. The cat advisors are very smart perfect salesmen. I showed him the scratched door and the scratched windshield he said sir don't worry raise a refurb req and we will get it fixed. Next day when I saw the car in broad daylight noticed the car was repainted. Somehow I managed to get the owner info and got to knw the car was repainted and the same was informed to cars24 which they hide during the sale. Had scratches on the headlight side rim. Spare tyre was puncture but was listed as 92% condition. Raised multiple request but no action. They picked up the car saying will fix it. Followed up with the garage and found they did not approve the paint job fix the damage they did to the car while delivery. Now the car is at the garage just sitting with no action following up since last 10 days but no one has responded. Cars 24 call centre promises to get back after 24-48 urs but no one calls back. Big time scam. Don't every buy form cars 24
