Car got fired near engine after inspecting from cars 24 hsr office. Car condition was absolutely fine. However we are not mechanic's to understand all end to end functions since they tell you inspecting infront of cuatomers. Cars 24 dont take any responsibility of your car however they will do number of car checks all over. My car caught fire within 24 hrs of time after inspection. Rating also minimum u need to provide is 3. So dont consult cars 24. Unless u want to loose money and car

My car inspection appointment was fixed @ 4 pm on Wednesday 25th july-18 at Dwarka Sec 20. The whole process took more than 90 mins & the price was told me that was unexpected. Therefore I came back. Surprisingly, during my car inspection they misplaced my dipstick, I came to know when I went to CNG pump after 2 days. The area around engine was very bad condition because this oil was spread all around due to dipstick was not there. Immediately, I went to your sec 20 (cars 24 ) office & informed there center incharge about the same but the respond I received was unprofessionally & very pathetic. I was there around 30 mins & it was probably my fault that I was expecting something from him. Dip stick was there before inspection, clearly shown in pic but it was misplaced after inspection. The person who did inspection had a park my car near jungle and also away from the centre. During inspection he went to the centre three or four times and came back to the car, I don't why ?, More over I was not even told that I have to take care of the car's part during this course & did not even check the inspection ended. Its a simple case of carelessness in which there is nothing to be taken care of.
The loss of this negligence is causing one of your customer, that is what he came for an experience and it was "Unfortunate Occurrence".
