[Resolved]  Cars24 Services — Extra charges

At the ime of taking loan the representative said that fore close charges will be 2% and now cars24 is saying its 5% and also i m asked to pay foreclose outstanding process charges of 590 plus also charges for noc of 1180 rs.Why should i pay these charges as at the time of my process the above said charges were not there and if cars24 will do changes of its own then what will be the leagality of process done at the time of my loan agreement does that agreement is of no use cars24 should stick to the agreement given done with me during my loan process else i want to talk to in person or the person who did agreement with me at that time.
