Let me inform you that I have been given a commitment by one of your employee (Raghvender Singh) Employee Code: 15690, Initially when I was dealing with above employee, and before paying token amount he said your Token Amount is refundable if you will not be satisfied with the Car. when i visited the Yard, I met him And he took My bank details for refund process nd he told me to wait for 1-2 days beacuse refund process will take 1-2 days to complete.
And Now your employee Raghvender Singh said that our policies have been changed 2 Days ago so Can you please Share a Copy of your Changed Policy. Moreover I am gonna take a legal action now, and file an RTI too. If you plicy says that Token Amount is Non-Refundable that Why I have been given a false statement and Mislead by Raghuvender Singh.
I have Got all the proofs with me that your employee has committed me that this Token amount of Rs.15000 is refundable, Car wasn't look like what it was showed on your website so it's a Fraud and Cheat to me.
I am being polite since 15th July 2019 and I have been calling on your Toll-Free and sending emails, , Called up your Team Members (Anshul Razdhan) and Lined Manager to resolve this issue but it's so annoying and I have been harassed although I have been told that they will arrange a different Car to Me in same budget and same match but nothing is been done by deaf ears.
This is Nuisance and I want a positive reply ASAP. Else I am gonna lodge a Complaint for your Gurgaon Office (Cars 24 Hub Huda Parking, Trilium Avenue, Sector-29 Gurugram). Was this information helpful? |
