Company is not centric to employees

I have sending all the bank details and fill the annexure b for fnf, but still company denied for the transfer the amount in my given acount number.

I complaint to consumer court, it's a harassment to me.
Please help to resolve this case.

I have sending the couples of mails to hr, legal dept and company ceo.
No revert from comapny side.
