My name Deepak Pant yesterday i booked online inspection and paid Rs 99/ same time my inspection time was 4 to 6, iam waiting of your executive till 530 hrs but no one arrived even not received any courtesy call from your side than i called up customer care & they response wail till 6 executive definitely come but no one come nor received any call after 6 i called up again in your customer care again he said(mein call arrange karwata hu) again iam waiting response from you side but again disappointed no one call me, than again i talked your customer care he again said same story and put my call in hold than i cut the call again contact to customer care than she said sir due to covid we are unable to do inspection kindly reschedule your appointment strange you people dnt know the value of time this is ridiculous i never use again cars 24 service because no one is responsible, refund my amount Rs 99 at earliest
