My appointment id is [protected]. Registered no. is [protected]. Name : Nitesh kumar. On 07/11/2021 my car's inspection was done. On 11/11/2021 price quoted to me was agreed to me. But since then there is no communication from your side. I tried up calling customer service numerous times but everytime I only got assurance that u will get call back from price team. But I didn't recieved any calls. Finally today when I insisted to know actual status i was told that my Relationship Manager is on leave. And I will get call back as and when he joins back. This is totally unprofessional approach. As in absence of an employee system doesn't stops working. I m in urgency as I have booked another car and I have to pay margin by selling my existing car. Hence I have decided to move on with another dealer. I wrote this complaint so that management must know that this kind o[censored]nprofessional approach is totally unacceptable.
