I am writing to bring to your attention the urgent need to resolve the outstanding issues related to the loan and car insurance for the vehicle I returned.
Loan Cancellation: The loan taken for the car has not yet been canceled, which is preventing me from obtaining a loan from another bank. This situation is causing me significant mental distress.
Tata AIG Car Insurance Cancellation and Refunds: The car insurance for the returned vehicle has not been canceled, and I have not received a refund yet. This delay is causing further mental anguish.
Despite my previous communications, these matters have not been resolved, causing considerable inconvenience. I am suffering mentally due to Car24’s service, as I have not received my refund, and the car loan, which I am not using, remains in my name without any updates from your side.
I request you to resolve these issues expeditiously and clarify the status of my case.
