Cars24 Services — Nobody visited for car inspection even after paying money

Nobody visited for cat inspection even after paying 49 rupees, the person just called up and took car no, and updates in records that car inspection started.. Customer care didn't took action even after several call, not sure what would they do with customers after selling the car..
