[Resolved] Cars24 Services — non receipt of payment of sale of i10 | |||
I have sell my car i10 thru your representative mr. Aziz from gurgaon and delivery of the car was given on 03.10.2018 at your vaishali nagar branch to sh. Ajay singh. As per terms the payment is to be received by me within 48 hours and no payment received till now. Moreover mr. Aziz is neither picking up the mobile nor give any reply to my msg sent to his number thru whatsapp today. Finally i lodged a complaint to your toll free number and the ticket number is 21257 dated 05.10.2018 at 18.40 hrs and the person contacted is sh. Vikram. Now please credit the balance amount of rs.2.21lac immediately along with delayed interest @18% till the payment is actually actually credited in my a/c. Sh.
