Cars24 Services — Not giving our money back

There is a guy avinash in rajouri garden we gave him 10k money for the token for the honda civic and now due to some financial issues we need our money back but mr avinash yadav is disrespectful to us and he said he will face me one on one and not giving our money back we called car24 customer care they said they will call us but but there is no responsed till now and mr avinash said he will arrange money from itself and he said there floor manager mr santosh is not in a town he will return our money back as i know the policy there are hr in company financers but mr avinash said there manager will pay in a abusive manner kindly so something otherwise we have to go forward and file a case againt car 24
