Cars24 Services — Ownership transfer not done for more than a year

We sold our car with registration number: KA41MA1843 on 29-March-2021 in Bengaluru, we were informed that the RC transfer would be done in 120-180 days. It has been more than a year now but don't have an update yet. All that I hear is it is under process.
