I have sold my car with Cars24 and during the time of sell, I told them that I may not be able to come for Party peshi. Then they told me that it can be done over video call. But now they are asking me to come to Gurgaon RTO office for party peshi, but it's not possible for me. I live in Tamil Nadu which is tooo from Gurgaon. Kindly help me the same.
