I'd an appointment with Cars24 for my car inspection, despite not having taken any test drives, the inspection executive completed the car inspection in just 5-10 minutes.
I was eagerly waiting for inspection report and a estimation of my car —I called to the inspection executive and the consultant assigned to me couple of times, but neither I received the inspection report not received the quote/estimate on that day.
After a relentless follow — they had given a very low estimate of my car but still I didn't get the inspection report (Actually, I wanted to know on what basis they given the low car estimate).
Still, I am waiting for their inspection report to determine the basis for their low estimate.
—The Maruti agency was offering me 6.9 lacs for my Maruti Ciaz top model (diesel).
Car condition is up to the mark (All 4 tyres are new, battery is new, average is 20 KM/L, the car model is 2018, having insurance and there is no dues in my car)— received this feedback from agency but Cars24 quoted only 3.61 Lacs for my car.
Literally, they are manipulating to customers.
