Cars24 Services — Penalty amount is too huge

I decided to sell my car at Cars24 after getting a good deal. However, due to some unforeseen medical issue in the family, I had to cancel the deal after 2 days.
The company has charged me a penalty of 5000/- along with a token amount of 1000/- given at the time of the deal being locked.

My complaint is that the penalty charge is 5 times of token amount which is not justified and they don't provide RC without paying the whole penalty.

Kindly understand my concern and get the penalty either waived off or at least compensate it to the minimum amount of 1000/- or less.

I already highlighted my concern clearly and not sure what all details you need. I am not sure why company is not providing receipt for amount they are charging for cancellation.
