I have sold my car to cars24 on 4th august 2018. An amount 20000 was kept on hold for rc transfer. Even after two months no response from company. Further, the executives are not responding to my calls. I made several calls to customer care, but i got only assurance and no actions. I have submitted whatever the documents requested and signed the necessary documents for rc transfers. Request to solve the issue.
