Have it documented on mail from your salesperson that we dont have to visit the RTO for peshi in up if we give up 10000 INR.Now we are getting calls to visit Bareilly RTO.Please note In Up i could have sild car for 30k higher but i found it convinient to sell it here and the girl promised on mail that our 10000 will be forfieted and car will be transfered.We were committed that the car will be transfered in new buyers name.my car is up25bn8995 honda amaze.Now we get sms that money is forfeited and it is not repsonsibility of cars 24 to get it transfered.Kindly transfer the car in ame of the new buyer and share proof in this regard as coimmitted without us having to go to bareilly.
