I Purchased Hyundai I10 2 months back for my father in Patna (Bihar), During the Test drive my father told to Car advisor (Mr Suraj) that car has some battery issue, CA said if in future the issue exist we will change the battery. We got delivery on 21st April, 2022 along with Cars24 kit with Warranty Booklet for 12 months.
After 2 months issue came and we raised the issue through Car24 mobile app with ticket number 606093. After raising the issue i was shocked to see that customer care is telling that Battery replacement is not under warranty. i called to CA to replace the battery replace, he told he didnt promise anything like that.
When i checked the warranty Booklet it says it will cover Starter Battery and when i send that document to Cars24 they said you have edited the Booklet. Was this information helpful? |
