I have purchased celerio 26cz 5332 from rajori yard. At the time of purchasing the car the relationship manager commits to give me the reciept for the application for transfer the vehicle to another rto. But today they are not fullfilling their commitment and not give me the reciept today more thn 2 months havebeen passed as they commited the r. C will be given to within 45 day but still no ownership havebeen transfer as i seen the status of my r. C on my vahan side i was shoked that the noc haveben issue for the another rto which is differ for my rto.
Mujhe ye nh smjh me aaya ki agar gaadi maine purchase ki hai to n. O. C mere rto ko transfer ku nh ki hai
Or noc mere rto transfer ki bjay dusre rto ko kaise issue kar di hai???
Gaadi purchase maine ki hai or sare documents maine diye hai to noc dusre rto ko kaise issue karwa di gy?
Or abhi tak main vahan site par dekhta hu to wha noc issue show kar ra hai jo ki mere rto ko issue nh hui hai
Or maine daily basis par mail kiye ja ra hu mail ka koi revert hi nh kr re hai or relationship manager ka to khna hi kya wo to call recv krte hi nh even whts app par bh call nh karte
Agar aisa hi rha to aap log to mere documents ka missuse bh kar skte hai or jab gaadi maine purchase ki hai to uski noc kisi or location ki kaise issue ho gy???
Main daily mail par mail kiye ja ra hu koi revert nh krta or customer care par call kro but wo log complaint lene k alawa koi action nh le pa re hai
His one is my last request plz revert me otherwise i dnt have another option to take legally action against the company
Mjhe pta hai isse bh aapko koi farak nh padta ki legally action bh le le to bcz ye baat maine mail me bh mention ki th bcz aap logo ko law & order se koi dar nh hai

But mjhe meri r. C chaiye bcz main aapko paise pay kiye hai agar aap nh r. C de skte to apni gaadi vapus le lo main wha lakr gaadi khdi kr jaunga jo bh solution aapko theek lge plz bta den amjhe

but maine rto se cnfrm kia hai ki wo noc hr15 means mere documents k acording hi issue hgi otherwise meri transfer reject ho jaegi
cars 24 walo ka khna hai ki hmara agent ko payment ki hui hai wo aapne aap transfer krwa kr dega
are kam kya krwa kr dega wo jab noc hi galat issue ho rakhi hai meri r.c court me hi pending padi rhegi
or jab jab main status puchuga khair puchuga to kis se bcz ye log call hi recv nh krte hai
mean s jab jab vahan par chk krunga wo same status hi show krega
Cras24 plz Take the appropriate action on my concern.
Bcz meri gaadi ki transfer k liye noc hr 15 se hi issue hgi instead of hr12

Plaese take appropriate action as soon as possible on my concern

but i will tell one thing that your service regarding the r.c is very poor.
Mjhe 3 months ho gye hai abhi tak meri problem solve nh hui hai abhi bh mera issue pending hi hai.
Gaadi liye hue aaj poore 3 months ho gye hai abhi tak meri r.c mjhe nh mili hai or sbse poor kam ye ki jo documents diye uski noc hi galat issue kr di or why you dont revert me on my mail id?????
GIVEN THE DOCUMENTS FOR HR15 BUT NOC HAVEBEEN ISSUE FOR THE HR12.
