Cars24 Services — Rc not transferred as car sold in oct2023

Despite of reminders and follow up on email to transfer my RC of car- Hyundai Xcent 2015 model sold to them in oct2023, but reply comes they are following up with their partner and i am secured under Seller protection policy and today on 21May2025 i receive SMS with challan no as my car is challan somewhere in Punjab, this is mental harassment for me and what is use of selling car to them if they also have to behave like selling car to unknown buyer.
