[Resolved] Cars24 Services — RC not transferred even after 4 months

Sold the car on April 16th. RC not transferred yet. Customer care keeps promising it will be done. Not sure how to resolve this. Friends suggest to raise a police complaint or reach a lawyer so i dont get into issues later. So disappointed with the way the whole thing is going Was this information helpful? No (0) Yes (0)

Aug 23, 2022 Updated by Vijay-anandh And worst case, the customer care executive cut the phone abrubtly twice - which makes me even more nervous. What if the guy who has the car gets into some illegal activity? I don't have time to deal with such issues. And asking this to the agent on line is not helpful at all. They keep saying customer protection policy - which will not help if some illegal actions happen and have to goto court.
