Cars24 Services — RC Transfer pending since 193 days

It's been 193 days i.e., since 8th Dec 2020, I sold my Car to Cars24 and to date RC is not transferred. Post several complaints they ignored my complaint. As per policy of CARS24 the RC should be transferred within 180 days, but it's been 193 days and no action. Though all the operational activities are going on in Telangana but still, RC is not transferred. Before selling they said it's 90 days and later said 120, then said 150 and now 180 days. Post 180 days also it didn't transferred. Request to take action as due to this I had to pay extra amount in RTO for buying another vehicle and RC not transferred. Fraud company and I request everyone not to sell to Cars24.

Updated by sagarrhr It's been 211 days since my car sold i.e., Dec 7th, 2020, and again CARS24 people saying it will take another 60 days to get my RC transferred. Almost 300 days i.e. approx a year to get my RC transfer? Don't know what to do and where to reach, as I have almost raised 21+ complaints on Twitter against CARS24 to get my RC transfer. Please file a case against this CARS24 who are fooling customers by saying 90 days prior to selling the car and post selling they say 180 days and later delaying.

I am cheated by this CARS24 and when asked to resolve they are saying do whatever you want to do.
My RC is not transferred and they call me very rarely only when I raise a complaint on Twitter or on any consumer forum.
