[Resolved]  Cars24 Services — refund not received

Respected sir/madam

This is side from sadik ali, i would like to inform you that i have purchased a car on march 17, 2020. I have paid all the processing amount plus extra rs. 1500 which has taken by mr. Rajbhan sing and his contact number is [protected] and he told me that your amount of rs. 1500 would be refund once your original car rc will come and then he said after coming your original car rc send me the photo of rc and a cancel cheque after that i will refund your money but still i have not received my amount of rs. 1500. I have tried to contact him so many times but he did not response my calls and messages.

After that i call to customer support of cars24 then i received a call from this number [protected] on april 2, 2020 she set wrong expection she said my sir will call you but still i have no received any call or refund anymore. After that i call her back on april 4, 2020 she did not response the calls and messages.

I request you to kindly look into this matter and try to resolve it as soon as possible. Hope you understand.
