I registered a service request regarding to sell my car with complaint No- 749184. The company representative came and inspected my car and while driving test he met with an accident where 3 children injured. immediately we hospitalized them for treatment. The car was taken under the custody of police and after various efforts no support received from Cars 24 team. The accident was happened at 13:00hrs on 05.11.2022 and from that time we faced many problems in order to release my car from police station. The company was unable to help us and not co-operative. At last 22:30 hrs I got my car released after talking to the senior officials of police and compromise done with another party. At that time the cars 24 offered us to help us with compensation.
After talking with the representative of cars 24 Mr. Neeraj Sadhana [protected] is not able to provide the satisfactory compensation in this regard.
We requested him to get the car repaired and provide an alternate car or conveyance fees for travelling during absence of my car but they are not ready and saying this is not under our company's policy.
Including this we want a compensation in view of harassment by the company and our time loss during the car was under the custody of Police. Was this information helpful? |
