I agree this a very minor issue, but it is quite frustrating to an owner who just bought his/her first car with a trust of efficient customer support from a reputed company.
For registering a Fastag, Paytm is the most convenient way (atleast for me). However, I am unable to do this since the previous owner has not cancelled the Fastag done from his/her side from Paytm.
First, Cars24 suggested me to go for another bank, which I tried, but was not a convenient solution. So, I reached back to Cars24 to ask them to contact previous owner to request him/her to cancel the previous Fastag. However, it has been a week and this actions is not done. It is quite a simple task, which I could have done myself if I had previous owner contact.
I am quite disappointed since, the action is not being efficiently carried out and they take so much time to resolve this very simple issue. Was this information helpful? |
