Cars24 Services — Scrap Certificate not issue and using Car Without Transfer

I have sold my car last year 8th April 2023. Price given On phone 37000 and made payment 35000/- . Mr Shubham and Mr Kalpesh has done process both not picked up phone. it is told after 1 month Scrap Certificate will come to home by courier but not received till date. Using car without transfer till date. There is no support from call center, Whatsapp message and today Mail done waiting for reply. Request to stop this type of cheating and fraud happening by Online co. I have only Car24 receipt without date.

Updated by Seema Pranav Shah MH04BW5031 Honda City 2004 Model sell to Car24 for Scrap dated 8-4-2023 till date Scrap Certificate or RTO Cancelled RC Copy till date not given. Co. has cut processing charges and told the certificate will come in One month.
Its totally Fraud and Cheated Co.
