[Resolved]  Cars24 Services — sold car but cars24 not paying challan

Hello Sir/Mam,

I have sold my car on 2nd march 2019 to Cars 24. I have received two chalans of rs 100 and 300 in march 2019. It has been more than 3 months. Multiple times I have Emailed to cars24 and called to support team but no one responding in satisfactory way.

That's really disappointed and troublesome. Whenever I call to customer care I am hearing that we have highlighted the issue and u can send again email. How many times I need to call customer care and email? RC BOOK also not transfered yet. Really worst service of cars24. I recommend other customers whoever wants to sell their car please don't visit cars24. Because once customer sells or purchase cars then customer need to rely on their customer care with common trained dialogues
