[Resolved]  Cars24 Services — sold my car at car24 and wrong challan came at my place after 2 years

I have sold my maruti suzuki esteem car at your cars24 niti khand indrapuram branch (Name of concern person is mr. Sajid [protected]) in 2018 and i have paid for all my documents transfer charges and rc transfer charges at your niti khand branch while selling my car in 2018.
Mr. Sajid concern person of cars24 is not picking up my calls than i tried calling him from another number and he replied me in very wrong way that this is not my concern and all. Is this a way you talking to your customers?
After selling my car at cars24 i have received a challan from delhi traffic police at my place for over speed on 25/07/2020. It means cars24 sold my car to another person without transferring rc.

I have sent email on 01st aug'20 to car24 regarding wrong challan came at my place. Today is 30th aug'20 and i am still awaiting for your revert its been 30 days but i haven't receive any revert from car24 side.
I spoke to car24 customer care persons many times to revert back on my mail and they have only one answer will definitely revert back on your email asap but no one revert me back yet.

Kindly resolve the issue as soon as possible.
