Cars24 Services — Unethical, unruly and non cooperative behaviour by staff

I have sold my elantra car on 03.04.2023 through bhumi vashishit the car 24 representative . She has not been cooperative at any time during the execution of deal.Not picking phone most of the time not giving response to queries raised by me. The driver sandip vashisht who took my car delivery was even more rude and arrogant and when i warned him to behave properly or else i will lodge complaint against you he in utter arrogance said you do lodge complaint any where i dont care and put the phone down in a most unruly behaviour.
Still my problem remail unresolved and no body is there in cars 24 to listen to it
