I'm writing to enquire about the spare part (catalytic converter) which needs to be replaced.
I booked this car on 19th December 2021 and got delivered on 31st, December 2021 and this was agreed at the time of delivery that the part needs to be changed for which order is already placed and will be delivered within 2 to 3 weeks, i, e: expected by 20th January 2022 than i will get a call from your side and the part will be replaced.
I get in touch with my sales advisor and he informed that the part is already delivered but till date i have not received any call or update from you on it.
I already escalated this issue on chat and to customer service as well but no action has been taken yet.
