Complaint against flipcart I have purchased a mobile phone moto e3 power on 18 th may which i delivered on 27 th of may and as per their policy of fualty product I have placed a request on 2 th May and A technical engineer came and found it faulty on 3rd june and then I get A confirmation that Mobile will replaced on or before 8 th june. When it doesn't deliver I Called to customer care today and what they said they dont have approval fron tecnical engineer and It will resolved on 13june. It being a month and My money is blocked from the month and I can not used my phone and When I talked about the refund she ( gunjan) said "there is no refund and do what ever you want to do, its your wish" Now i want my hold money back and compensation of one month. I had placed an order on July 28, 2017 and still no communication regarding my order. When I checked 'My Orders' tab on my online account, it is saying that product has been removed from the system. If this is the status, I should be getting my money back from them. My order ID is #53325.
