I have purchased dell laptop through patym in the month of may and every thing was good, now after 3 months ms office i. E excell, word, ppt, etc are asking me to reactivate licence or buy,,.. Can u please tell why the issue is? And let me know it just 3 months overed from date of purchase, how can it ask for reactivate or buy subscription should be one year right???.. I need quick reply or cl on the same.
