Carzonrent — Non receipt of invoice for payment made | |||||
I booked a cab from carzonrent from bangalore airport to hsr layout for pickup on 26 july 2016 at 0145 hours. As per carzonrent rules i paid driver inr 220 for parking and toll at start of trip in cash. Fare for the cab, inr 1575, had already been paid online while booking the cab. On completion of this trip driver asked for and was paid inr 500 towards what he said was airport transfer fees. This was on top of 220 inr for parking and toll which was already paid to him. When carzonrent customer care was called they said that this fees had to be paid and that the invoice for this will be e-mailed within 48 hours. I paid the sum of inr 500 to driver in cash. However i am yet to receive a receipt for this payment. I mailed carzonrent customer relationship management for same but am yet to receive receipt even after repeated follow up. Carzonrent is not issuing a receipt for the payment they took. Was this information helpful? | |||||
