Dear Sir,

On 24.04.2023, I landed at T3 Delhi Airport from Bangalore and engaged Carzonrent car for 4 hours 65 kms. The Vehicle No. was HR69C6672, XCENT which was in dilapidated condition not worth the cost of the service that was levied on me, which INR 3000/- plus INR 300/- for extra hour. I incurred INR 3, 300/- for a car which did behove the cost of hiring and consequently, there is a deficiency in service. I therefore request the agency to reimburse me the entire amount of INR 3, 300/- forthwith.

    This company had taken a booking from me on 25th september 2017 for an innova crysta for the date of 6th of october with full payment and security deposit. Their vendor gives me a call and asks me to come to the bay and pick the vehicle and advises me to take a different car which is an isuzu (Telling me on call that its of the same cost) since the innova has a speed limited of 80kmph. When we reached the bay to pick the behicle thats when we realised that the vendor is not ready to give us an innova crysta (Even though he has it in stock) and wanted us to take an isuzu by paying an additional security deposit of 50000 which we were not comfortable doing as we had absolutely no trust left in the company.
    Their vendor gave us an option of an old innova but with a broken number plate and that too showing only the middle three digits which we refused.
    Now post our wastage of 3 hours at the vendors place they decided that they cannot help us for which we demanded that our money be returned back to us immediately which again they did not do. Because of which i had to cancel an entire trip which caused me roughly 15000rs loss because of last minute cancellations of rooms.
    Even the next day when i called them up they had absolutely no idea that i have not taken the car from them and that i need to be refunded the money that i had already paid.
    From then till today i still have not received the refund nor the compensation which they should pay me for the mental stress, the monetary loss and the last minute torture that they caused to me which caused me to lose my image in front of my high privileged friends.
    Now i believe when they have the right to charge a customer with cancellation they also should give me a rightful compensation not with a free ride or coupon but in money for the kind of cheating that they do.
    Their customer care is a joke which will keep promising you about call backs and resolutions but which they never do.
    I have seen that a lot of their customers face the same issue.
    And its high time their ceo and coo understand the kind of mess that they give to their customers if they already do not know.

      Myles team,

      Thank you for taking out time off your busy schedules to respond to a customer!
      Would like to draw your attention towards the following factors:
      - we inquired on the customer care before confirming booking that the name on the dl is my maiden name and that all other documents have married name
      - upon confirmation, we booked an xuv 500 on 05, sep for dates 16, sep to 19, sep
      - the first interaction from myles after booking was on 15, sep - right before the day of travel at around 1pm ist
      - the representatives who we interacted with were highly unprofessional and had lack of process knowledge - none of their statements tallied with each other
      - the person informed that since the dl shows my maiden name whereas the passport shows my married name, they will not honor the documents and will cancel my booking
      - we offered presenting the name change affidavit duly attested and accepted to the court of law - they did not understand or realise - undereducated approach
      - after 5 hours of endless arguments with these rather highly rude and arrogant representatives, we were finally able to book another xuv500 by the evening at around 6pm

      - the ordeal did not end there -
      - due to the horrendously bad experience we had through the day, we were keeping a check on the booked status to not undergo any surprise however, your team did not lose an opportunity to amaze us even then!!
      - at 12:00 midnight, when our travel time was only a couple of hours away, we get to know that the xuv we booked earlier has been cancelled and replaced with a scorpio!!!
      - the endless conversations began yet again - no help received and rather we were being forced to cancel our booking again!!
      - considering we were left with no other option but to accept the poor experience, we proceeded with the travel
      - we were informed by the representative that if there would be any other vehicle available at the parking lot of carzonrent, we would be given an upgrade
      - we reached the parking lot to find 5 fortuners, 4 xuv500s and many other vehicles parked to be issued - we were still denied being provided the car we paid for!!!
      - the vehicle provided to us was a base model scorpio - pics attached herewith
      - the car does not have a basic feature of - locking all doors while you are inside the vehicle!!! - an feature which even a maruti 800 has - we were travelling with a 4 year old child and were panicked through the trip of any possible mishap due to the pathetic lack of feature in the car we paid 12, 000 for!!!
      - rest alone the car being highly uncomfortable for a family of 5 to travel, it was dangerous for our lives due to the lack of core basic safety!!! There were many such poor features which made the car unacceptable for a family drive.

      Just a few days before our travel, we were so happy with your earlier services that we inquired and planned to invest in your organisation's myles angels program.
      We wanted to place 2 swift cars and a ford endevour in your program.
      We would like to inform you that not only have you lost a recurring customer who has booked 7 cars from carzonrent earlier, you have also ensured that we become your negative brand ambassadors forever!!

      I know you really don't care for any of your customers, visible by the below mentioned statement of refunding 200/- against an inconvenience caused to us!!! It's such a pathetic customer experience you could have provided!!

      I am considering filing a petition in the consumer court against this really bad and nerve wrecking experience with the call recording conversations we have as proofs of what we claim.

      Before doing any kind of business, learn to respect people and their values!

        I took myles car from delhi. Car breakdown near jaipur and when i called for assistance to myles, they sent the crane for towing the car but no assistance was provided to me and they asked me that they cannot provide assistance to customer as this is there policy. The thing which is strange is that the company can send vehicle for towing their car but could not provide car for the customer. When i returned the car next to myles, the person who was taking the handover of the car was talking very rudely and said that you cannot do any harm to the company, the company turnover is 100 crores and you cannot do anything. Worst service, worst customer support, worst and rude staff.
        The INNOVA car almost hit my car in the petrol bunk. He was suppose come behind my car for filling petrol but he rushed his car infront. He just wanted to go before me. I had to stop the car suddenly and dangerously.

          This is to keep you informed that myles car are looting people like anything after having entire discussion about the refund process for 2 days via mail they manage to give only 1 day of rental, they even didn't give me full tank while i borrowed the car and after breakdown they are not ready to pay that back.
          They even promise me that they'll be giving me 50 km rental at rs 25 per km which they did't pay back.

            I had booked maruti swift by paying rs.1743/- on 02/12/2015 with booking id 6565030. The booking was canceled due to some reason by them. They promised to refund me that amount if i made another booking of same vehicle from another mail id. As instructed by them, i made the booking instantly with booking id 6565108. According there directions i made all the things but as they promised they not refunded the money. As the promise get 2 years they do nothing on my request.
            It is one the kind of fraud.

              Didn't recieved hard copy bill for taxi drive (Airport to Marthahalli), Please provide the Soft copy bill.
              Dilaed Carzonrent Devanahalli customer care number many times but No response.

                For reference, my Myles Booking id – 6630890
                Basically Myles taught me a lesson on how to spoil your vacation and make it much more stressful when travelling on Myles Cars. It was a worst experience I had with Myles team, faulty staff like faulty vehicle.
                I have taken XUV500 in Hyderabad for 4 days as went on vacation with friends and family (including 2 kids).
                Picked up the vehicle in Hyderabad and destination was Coorg (approx 800kms)
                Since it was a family trip with kids and all, I have requested Myles multiple times to provide me a vehicle which should be in a very good condition and should not bother for even a minor issues as most of the trip would be on late eves/midnight, even visited Myles Hyderabad office 2 day before pickup to convey this minimal requirement.
                Finally unfortunate day arrived and I reached Myles location to collect the Vehicle, now here it comes all the worst experiences, I tried to mention everything in following bullet points:

                1. Mr Anand delivered the vehicle to me, the vehicle was neatly cleaned and that’s the only checkpoint a commoner can verify at 9PM. However, as Myles says that vehicle will be delivered with full tank which was not there in my case. It was 5 points which eventually turned to 4 points once vehicle came out of Myles exit gate. When asked Mr Anand about the full tank fuel, he replied very casually that they do not provide it all the times and he cannot spend his own money at that time to fill the tank (very impolite response). Anyway I started and brought the vehicle to my home and parked.
                2. Next day morning when tried opening boot to kept our luggage, the boot could not open even after trying all the possible ways. I called the same bloody guy (Mr Anand) and asked him to suggest some way around, again as expected, the response was not appropriate. Since we did not want to spoil our mood and trip, hence tried alternate ways to kept all the luggage on boot.
                3. After driving around 100-150kms we realized that vehicle vibrates heavily whenever we cross speed of 100 kms/h, the wobbling was so heavy that I was losing control over steering. (I was told by Myles that I can definitely drive the vehicle at any speed but it will be chargeable, in which I was agreed upon) Driving above 100km/h was our prime necessity as had to reach the destination on time. Along with, was getting the message displayed “Vehicle is due for service” and sometime “door is open” although it was all locked.
                4. I connected with the customer care with immediate effect and mentioned all these issues and requested help, they connected me with somebody named Niranjan Reddy who suggested me to reach banglore and then connect with him.
                5. Reached banglore at 9:30PM and called Niranjan Reddy, he gave me all the [censored] excuses to convince that he cannot help me at that time and I will have to wait until morning.
                6. Instead of taking risk and driving this faulty vehicle in night till Coorg, we decided to take halt in Banglore for a night. (unnecessarily because of this, we had to spend in Banglore hotel for night stay).
                7. Finally nothing happened overnight, morning 8AM I again called Niranjan Reddy and received the same excuses as before and then he provide me Opeartions Manager contact details (Mr Deepak Kumar).
                8. Now Mr Deepak Kumar was a kind gentleman and given me most awaited suggestion of getting vehicle repaired my myself and later claim the bills  it was already 11:00AM in Banglore and being very new to city I do not want to spend my vacation in service center. 
                9. After having so much of hard talks with Deepak kumar I understand that Myles cannot help me here and basically I was cheated in all the way.
                10. With no help, we decided to proceed our journey as we already booked the hotels in Coorg which was nonrefundable.

                At last, we returned back with the defective vehicle and returned it back with the solid resolution that never ever will take the cars from Myles again in life and will share our experiences with all the near dear as well.
                My suggestion to Myles is to learn Customer Service and professionalism from REVV/Zoom car as they provide much more better services because after spending so much money the only thing customer expect is timely and friendly service.

                  Since your inception in Hyderabad, i have made multiple bookings and have had many memorable trips to my kitty as well. But a recent customer service by you guys have put all that at stake.
                  I booked a Honda City car on 26th November (Booking Id[protected] and returned it back on the very next day within time window of 24 hrs. Since there was some issue with your website, payment for the refundable security deposit could not be done through online mode and thereby it was done through the card swipe machine being carried by the person who handed over the car to me.
                  I made multiple calls to you guys requesting to release the security deposit into my account but all have been in vain.After all those multiple reminders, i got a call from one of your finance team representative on 8th Dec'16 wherein he mentioned that the refund has been initiated.
                  Now till date when i didn't see any credit to my account i called customer care but adding on to my frustration, the person on the other hand was still asking me that what was the mode of payment for the refundable deposit.!!
                  Dude, what's wrong with you guys.. Upon it, he said the system is updated with a log mentioning that the refund couldn't be initiated because payment details can't be tracked down.
                  You are not a novice in this field boss and should have at least this much of sense to make a call to me and confirm those details from me if at all it is missing because might me that amount matters nothing for u guys but for me it does.
                  Now this incident has surely brought down your image, although its in no way gonna affect ur income but one thing im gonna make sure is to never use your fleet service again and won't even recommend it to anyone.

                    I booked a car I 10 grand on 27th Nov in mrng at 2 pm. I called up to cm care asked for the procedure he told me upload the docs and to submit the 5000 security money online as before it was happens when executive comes to handover the car. I forgot my driving licence in my car. Same I will show at the time off return or can check to come with me. As transport issue in morning time.
                    I have call recording with the same in which executive told to show the Dl there. And my booking cancelled and one day rental deducted.
                    I want to an actions against the company. Will go legel

                      I booked a cab from carzonrent from bangalore airport to hsr layout for pickup on 26 july 2016 at 0145 hours.

                      As per carzonrent rules i paid driver inr 220 for parking and toll at start of trip in cash. Fare for the cab, inr 1575, had already been paid online while booking the cab.

                      On completion of this trip driver asked for and was paid inr 500 towards what he said was airport transfer fees. This was on top of 220 inr for parking and toll which was already paid to him.

                      When carzonrent customer care was called they said that this fees had to be paid and that the invoice for this will be e-mailed within 48 hours. I paid the sum of inr 500 to driver in cash.

                      However i am yet to receive a receipt for this payment. I mailed carzonrent customer relationship management for same but am yet to receive receipt even after repeated follow up.

                      Carzonrent is not issuing a receipt for the payment they took.

                        I had made a reservation on 18th sept'2016 through their online portal for a self drive toyota innova (booking id[protected]. the car was booked for a total of 2 days (24th & 25th).

                        The pickup was scheduled at 11am on 24th. at 10.30am in the morning just before i was leaving for the pickup i thought i will just re-confirm and when i spoke to the concerned person he told me that give me 10 minutes and he will check and let me know the status. on calling again he told me that the car was unavailable and that there were no 7 seater cars available with them. when i asked him the reason, he told me that the previous customer had extended his booking and that he was helpless. to which my response was that rent me some other 7 seater vehice, but nothing was available. when i confronted him that myles should have informed me a bit earlier so i could have made alternate arrangements, to which he replied that you do whatever you wish to - file a complaint against me, against the company i am not afraid of anything.

                        Now i have 2 concerns-

                        1- last minute cancellation spoiled my entire trip - i had booked a resort in nashik and becasue o[censored]navailability of the car my reservation went unused
                        2- the attitude of the employees of the organization is pathetic - bloody i am renting the car after paying money and not for free...

                        Please a request to other fellow travellers, avoid using their pathetic services.

                          Horrible service from myles car... It was already passed four hours from the booking time on 14 august 2016 and when we were standing right at the pick up location waiting for our car at 8.30, we were surprised by team myles that there is no car available and the booking stood cancelled. Myles seems to enjoy harassing their customers and ruin their plans on a long weekend. The hotel charged us for the cancellation, which i had to pay for on account of myles fault and mental harassment which we faced topped it all.
                          I cant understand how they can do this even after committing the booking and without any communication of any cancellation until we reached at the pick up point of the car.

                          The most third grade service by any self driven car company.#zoomcar kudos to you guys and would never come back to #myles.

                          Anyone coming to india, anyone using self drive car service in india, should never use myles/ carzonrent

                            We rented a car from CarZonRent company - Myles Car on July 11, 2016. We paid Rs 800 for one day rent and booked i20 Grand. Additionally, we paid Rs 5000 as security deposit amount supposed to be returned after returning the car. On the morning of July 11, 2016, the company delivered the car to the agreed upon location but the car did not have a rear view mirror. I told them that I cannot drive the car without rear view mirror. They provided us a lower tier car instead - i10 Grand which has a lower rent. We took that car anyways, but on the way, the car broke. We called the customer care and the vendor and reported that car is broken and told about our location. They told us to leave the car at the location. We had to take a cab from that location back to home. They towed away the car on Wednesday morning from that location. After about a week, they told us that they are charging us for repairing the car and will not refund our security deposit. They said that the clutch plate broke and they are charging us for the repairs. The clutch plate was already worn and it's not possible that it could have been broken by us. They provided us an old car which was not in drivable condition and had worn out parts. They should refund our security deposit, rental amount and the cab cost from drop off location to our home.

                              I pre-booked my car thru easycabs on 23rd evening since i had flight on 24th july, early morning at 5:20 am (Indigo 6e-456). I got the confirmation of the booking a[protected] at 6:47 pm on 23rd july 2016.

                              I has specifically asked that the driver to reach at 2:50 am to reach on time. The details of the driver was not received by me and hence i was unable to trace the driver.

                              Upon calling the call center another vehicle was booked ka-04 d 1398 driver no. [protected] and the vehicle arrived at 4:10 am. The flight was subsequently missed and had to reschedule the flight for which i paid 3700/-

                              I would like to claim the entire amount from the company carzonrent since it has failed to arrive on time as well share any details of the driver.

                              I paid the driver 1200/- without a valid bill and he handed me a blank copy of the bill. I think stern action needs to be initiated against the company for such unethical practices.

                              Looking forward for the revert.

                                Hi,

                                One of your cab mh 12 gz 1419 scratched my new car from behind in hadapsar, pune in the morning today. when your driver agreed to take it to garage and pay the damage - he ran away. he was very rude and had no guilt on his mistake.

                                I called up your pune branch number [protected] and informed the issue. i am yet to hear back from them.

                                I would appreciate if you reach to volkswagen showroom on monday and pay the damage else i will have to reach to police station and lodge the complaint on hit and run.

                                I have already taken driver's picture along with his car number and my car's scratch at the incident.

                                  I booked a car on 12th of May 2016, Got a confirmation No. 7209837, Car supposed to be come by 9.00 AM . but unfortunately car has not come and when we call customer care they kept on Hold for 15min twice and not received any call back and not made any alternate arrangement for car .

                                  I missed flight ticket amount worth of INR 1800. So total loss of INR 4800. Sent a complaint regarding this complaint ID : 71586 . No action taken and loss amount also not returned.

                                    my name is Ayub Ahmed Shaikh had made a booking ( booking Id 6569040 ) on 19.12.2015 from Myles Car a division of Carzonrent and completed my booking on 21.12.2105 . they charged my debit card with pre authorization amount of Rs. 5000/- which was promised to be refunded after i complete my booking.

                                    I completed my booking on the 21.12.2015, i gave all the necessary details of my bank account to initiate my refund but was of no avail and customer care team is making me run from pillar to post and always giving me misleading replies that we have done the refund go check your bank and etc. its been more than 45 days i have not got my money refunded.

                                    before I take up this matter of misusing my funds and holding them for no reason and for mental harassment to RBI, Mumbai and ministry of finance, New Delhi i would like your intervention and help me resolve my problem at the earliest.

                                      After asking 4 times since 28 January 2016, to share bill statement with customer care, I have not yet received the bills of following booking IDs:

                                      a. 6908310
                                      b. 6907776

                                      For ID b. customer support suggested I will receive within one hour on 01 Feb 2016, which I have not yet received. For ID a. it will take 48 hours.

                                      You ppl cant even generate simple bills? On what basis you cab charges are so high when you cannot even provide simplest of services.

                                      Very poor process.

                                        Today the car was to pick me up to go to PUNE. Booking was done a week back. First I get a call in the morning to confirm the address. Then after an hour we get an email and sms stating that car is not available. I was stranded and had to cancel my trip to PUNE. In the process I have lost business owing to the business meeting not materialising. On the top of it Carzonrent has my payment made through credit card. This is a clear case of deficiency of service for which I will take the matter to Consumer Court if not compensated.
