Updated by Nikhilesh Siddanthi I frequently take loans from Cashe app, I had a good social score and in my
last loan I have taken due to genuine reasons I couldn't pay the emis on time,
however I paid as much as amount possible with me and I respond to them
when they call me. From Last two months I couldn't pay my emi as major tax
amount deducted twice from my salary, I have proofs if required. I clearly
spoke to one of their agents that I can pay partial amount and remaining
amount I will be able to pay after lockdown, they agreed also. I have all these
details as a proof in my whatsapp chat. Just after 2 days after making partial
amount they called me from spam numbers. As they are spam numbers I
blocked and then they messaged me in whatsapp, I replied saying that I have
paid partial amount two days back and I informed to one of your agents and
they agreed. They said to pay immediately at any cost. As I have no other
option to pay I clearly mentioned that I am not in a position to pay and will
definitely pay after lockdown ends. They also initially send me few of my
mobile contact numbers and told that if I am not paying they will call them,
they also mentioned name of my company's vice president name and told

Used obscene, profane, or other abusive language
they will be complaining to them. Today they called my previous company
colleague (Female) and talked very rudely. My colleague was harassed with
multiple call repeatedly and also talked very vulgarly that I cannot even
mentione here. I can clearly say that they accessed my contacts and tried to
threaten me initially after not paying on time they immediately call my
colleagues and harass them. I was so upset when they called my colleague
and talked very vulgarly. I have never seen this practice and I am also not a
willfull defaulter. Which women with bear if they get calls from unknown
number and get abused badly for nothing. The words which they spoke to
that lady were horrible and she is mentally disturbed for vulgarly linking me
to that lady, she was just a friend in my previous organization. please do the
needful.
I am not sure what can be done in such cases, but nothing can compensate
when someone speaks so horribly about ones character. I would like to have
any kind of compensation in damages occurred to that lady and also my
other contacts mentally. Please do justice. I am still ok if they had proceeded
legally and taken action against me but having access to my contacts and
harassing them by selecting random numbers from my contacts list is just not
acceptable. I would me more happy if there is any kind of actions taken to
stop this kind of harassment.
