I have been a customer of CASHe since December 2022 and have successfully borrowed and closed three loans during this period. However, my recent loan application, initiated on May 24th for an emergency, has been fraught with numerous problems.
Despite receiving sanction letters, the disbursement of the loan has failed twice. Additionally, the third disbursement is still pending after five days of processing. This delay has caused significant inconvenience and financial strain for me.
Furthermore, my attempts to seek assistance through CASHe's customer support channels have been unsuccessful. Calls remain unanswered, and emails receive only automated responses, which do not adequately address my concerns.
I have already escalated this matter via email to CASHe's grievance team, but I have received a generic response that does not provide any resolution to my issue.
Given the gravity of the situation and the failure of CASHe to resolve my concerns, I am now seeking the intervention of the Reserve Bank of India to ensure that appropriate action is taken to address my grievance.
I request that the RBI investigate this matter thoroughly and take necessary steps to ensure that CASHe adheres to regulatory standards and resolves my complaint in a timely and satisfactory manner. Was this information helpful? |
