Cashe — After closing, loan is still active in CIBIL report

Hello All,

I have taken a Cashe loan and closed it on same month as the Interest rate is very high.

They have shared NOC that loan has been closed and there is no due pending from my end.

They have informed that it will update in CIBIL within 30-45days.

When I check my CIBIL report it's showing as Loan is still active and showing the due amount as Rs 32362/- to pay.

Cashe is trying to cheat their customers all the time. I need immediate solution on this issue.

I have tried to contact them in multiple ways, these guys always try to skip customer calls
