Cashe — cashe app failed to report timely payment, damaging my cibil score!

I am extremely disappointed with the Cashe app and the loan service it provides. I paid my loan on time, but despite fulfilling my responsibility, they failed to report the timely payment to CIBIL, which has caused my credit score to drop. This is incredibly frustrating as I relied on this service to help improve my financial standing, but instead, it has negatively impacted my credit score.

There seems to be no accountability from the Cashe app's side, and my repeated attempts to get clarification or resolution have been ignored. It's unacceptable that such important information wasn't communicated to the credit bureau.

I would advise anyone considering using the Cashe app to be very cautious, as the lack of proper reporting can have serious consequences for your financial health. I am deeply dissatisfied with this experience and will be looking for alternatives going forward.
