I have applied for a loan on Feb 16th 2023, the same has been approved but not disbursed still. Please note that I have pre-closed the entire loan (46, 000+) on the same day and applied for a new loan (78, 000/-) due to ongoing commitments and delaying the same will create problems for me. Also, I’m reaching out customer support mail id, but there is no response and there is no customer support number also to call and resolve the issue. Please look into the same and disburse the funds. Without even disbursing funds they updated my EMI due date and EMI due amount in the application. Please get the same resolved at the earliest.
