Applied for a loan on 8th January and got a call same day stating your loan is approved. Post that after multiple follow ups got a call on 31st jan to sign e mandate post which loan will be disbursed immediately. I followed the instructions and signed e mandate on 31st january 2024 but loan is not disbursed yet. After multiple follow ups I am still getting the repeat answers like your loan will be disbursed in 24 to 48 hours also at times...

I've applied for a personal loan from my CASHe approved credit line on 1st Feb 2024 and today is 15th Feb 2024. 15 days have passed but my loan has not been disbursed. As per the CASHe website the loan was supposed to be disbursed within 30 mins of approval. What kind of Instant personal loan is this? Will I ever get the loan amount credited to my bank account? Cashe saying it is instant loan app but not processing & disbursing from last 2 weeks.

Iam associated with Cashe for long time.
This time due to loss of my parents and being jobless, iam unable repay since November and have got no other options then to literally beg for money.
Cashe - reps called my references, abused me and forced me to a level that I finally have no other option than to comit sucide .

I have taken loan from cashe.
Now due to financial issue and cyber crime I am unable to pay loan or emi.
Now cashe recovery agents calling to me and my friends so much.
They are torchering to my friend and family members to pay loan.
I have mail to cashe and ask to give me some time for repayment but they denied for the same.

After repeated of email my problem is yet to be solved and i get the same reply from them.{e would like to inform that your loan application has been approved from our end. However, we are facing some technical issues while disbursing funds.

Please be assured, we have taken up the matter with the bank. The tentative ETR provided by bank is 05 working days from the date your loan is approved.

Hello Team,

This is my almost 10th Email to you guys after 5 calls to customer service.

My loan has been approved on 06th Dec and the amount is not yet disbursed in my account.

I have called several times and they give that the same date and time stating they have escalated it to disbursement team and you will receive funds by tomorrow.

Can someone in Cashe help me with this...

Your representatives are making continuously calls and messages to my references with misbehaviour and in rud languages with threatening since long time.

Your company 's collection agents have crossed all the limits of harassment.

This is not right way by your company 's collection agents.

Wrote a mail to you and got a replied from your end stating that the loan amount will be disbursed within 5 days. Still I haven't received any resolution from your end. Booked the ticket in irctc and choose cashe option. They deducted the money from the cashe credit limit and the ticket is not booked. after booking the page asked to sign virtually with the Aadhar, which I did and entered the otp also. The document shows all green tick after entering the otp from the Aadhar registered mobile number which means they made to sign the contact. But there is no email or message I I have received.

My credit line is approved about a month ago. Still, I am not able to use it. Every time I apply for a loan to use my credit line. It is going to processing and after some time it shows a Transfer failed. I tried last month to apply but did not get the money. So many times I try to contact its support team.
