Loan applied and disbursed on 31st May, disbursal failed on 17th june and asked to upload the bank statement and re apply but there is no option to upload the bank statement. Applied again for a loan and disbursed again. Also statement sent to the cashe team on their email but the amount is yet to be credited.

I do not understand that is it a new way to scam the people of India by just collecting their data.

    Settlement fraud related

    I have done the settlement payment of loan account
    CLN# [protected]
    But still its shows overdue in my application they haven't provide me the NOC letter its been more then 45 days they always revert wait for 7 to 10 days the agent who made me do the payment has blocked me from everywhere I have chats or settlement letter everything...

    Hello,
    I applied for a loan on June 3, which remained in process status for 4 days and then it was updated as loan disbursal failed and to reapply with updated bank account for which I had n option. Again I reapplied on June 7 and after 10 days it’s now updated the same thing as happened previously. When I tried reaching out to customer support they always give the automated mail as your loan has been approved but there are some technical glitch at our end which will be resolved in 48 hours. What is happening?
    If you can’t disburse the loan amount then why keep me waiting for such a long time?

      I Applied for a loan on June 1St loan aldo approved same day but Disbursement still not happened its 14th day y peoples are playing with our emergency situations!..

      I am a Existing Customer Of Cashe Since 2years every time they are taking more than 14 days as per ur tag line loan has to be disbursed in bank account with in 24hrs but u people taking serveral days to release funds this is really bad about ur company

      We are losing hopes on u there is no proper response, no proper customer care number they are just playing with automated replys this is really worst service i ever had

      So many tickets raised but still there are sending same automation reply

      I need it on emergency basis loan and need to transfer on priority

      It's Shows Finally Loan Disbursed failed You Peoples Are Really Fake I Applied For Loan From Last 2Yrs And Repaid All The Loan On Time Now Closed My previous Loan And Applied New One now its Cancelled What We Need To Do Now

      It Asks For Upload new Statement And I going To upload Its Not Taking U re Checking my patience level One of the worst Feel !!!

          complaint regarding delayed loan disbursement and poor customer service

          I have been a customer of CASHe since December 2022 and have successfully borrowed and closed three loans during this period. However, my recent loan application, initiated on May 24th for an emergency, has been fraught with numerous problems.

          Despite receiving sanction letters, the disbursement of the loan has failed twice. Additionally, the third disbursement is still pending after five...

          Loan application (CLN1875351) approved however funds not yet disbursed. It's been more than 8 days now. Every time they stated below same thing with no timelines. Its very pathetic.

            I have applied loan before 25 Days but still loan amou Not credited in my bank account. Even I have contacted through email and given all details and confirmed all the details are perfect .

            But the company is replying every time the same message. It seems like there is not customer care executives to respond the query and resolve. This way customers suffering badly and the company not bothers.

            Important and Urgent:-

            I have already applied 8 times loan through CASHe app in last 20 days . CASHe is approved the loan and sanctioned the amount which is reflecting on the CASHe app but they are not transferred the amount in the my bank account. They are just making fool and playing with feelings and thoughts of client. This kind of gesture tends to loose customers credibility.

            They have given time within 24 hours amount will credit in bank account but since 5 Days still amount not credited in my bank account. After 5 days they just keep silent and just update that loan amount transfer failed. Not given proper reason of this failure. Even though bank is perfectly update in cyrstal clear way they are not transferring the amount.

            I am chasing CASHe through mail id but every time they replied the same think it seems like they are not having backed team or executive to help . Everything is going on through AI system which hurts the sentiments of customers many times. Nobody is coming forward from the company to help and resolve the query.

            This is very serious and urgent query. Please solve on priority basis. They are not having the customers care service and having pathetic service for customers.

            I request please help in this regards and transfer amount in my bank account as soon as possible

              Now i closed my previous loan and apply for a new loan and the loan also approved the same day on june 1st 2024 but the amount yet not disbursed i need it on emergency basis but there's no response from customer care also

                I am writing to express my extreme frustration regarding the ongoing issues I am facing with my loan transfer. I have applied for the transfer more than ten times now, and each time it fails, leading to significant inconvenience and stress on my end.

                Frankly, I am at my wit's end with this situation. Despite raising complaints, all I receive are automated replies that offer no real solutions. It feels like I'm stuck in a never-ending loop of frustration and disappointment.

                If you are unable or unwilling to provide the loan transfer, then why approve it in the first place? It's incredibly frustrating to deal with this level of incompetence and lack of transparency. If there is a valid reason why the transfer cannot be processed, I deserve to know it upfront instead of being strung along with false promises.

                I urge you to take immediate action to resolve this matter. Please provide a clear explanation for the repeated failures and a concrete plan to ensure that the transfer is successfully completed without further delays or complications.

                I expect a prompt response and a satisfactory resolution to this issue. Failure to address my concerns will force me to explore other options and escalate this matter further.

                  I am not sure why it is happening every time with CASHE. Amount showing processing. Money not received.

                  Either cancel my loan or send the money into my bank account.

                  Still money is not received. it's been 14 days since I have received the Sanction letter
                  Every time I receive the automated reply. There is a process under which a loan disbursement can't be delayed or cancelled after signing the loan agreement and receiving the sanction letter.

                    In cashe app loan approved and not disbursed till now
                    Everytime I am taking loan this much of issue facing..after many emails and atlast complaint raised in consumer complaints.in, the loan is getting disbursed after 48hours..
                    So cashe team please process my loan and disburse the loan at earliest..

                      I have 1 emi pending mail sent to cashe & bhanix support for same delay payment
                      But getting 30 calls in a day & 20 what's app threatening to call my contacts & share my morphed videos
                      Sent 10 mails with screenshot to cahse & bhanix support but no reply..
                      Also recovery agents don't share their ID or authorisation

                      Planning to file complaint in Cyber crime for privacy & identity theft as no recovery agent is authorised alos have my contacts list..mailed to CEO & OPERATION HEAD of cashe also on linkedin by no reply..

                      So it's cahse strategy to not to reply through official channle & share our data with unauthorized goons for recovery..

                      Cyber crime complaint, police complaint & legal action against company is the next step with all the proofs ..

                        I have been getting threats and being harassed by cashe finance collection people.
                        Some guy named Rahul took loan from cashe finance (as they mention on call) and he gave my number to the cashe finance people, and now they are calling me again and again from different numbers abusing and harassing over the call stating that i am rahuls friend and they want some money also they are threatening me k tujhe uthwa lenge, below are the numbers i am getting calls from. +[protected] +[protected] +[protected] +[protected] +[protected] they are calling from multiple numbers and from the start till end of the call they are just abusing and threatening,

                        I don’t know any Rahul and i have never signed up to these fraudsters (Cashe finance)

                              I had applied for ₹15000 loan and it was in processing first after getting approved for disbursement. Then as it was not reflecting in my account, I raised a complaint via email and I was told that the amount will be disbursed with 5 days from the date of approval, i.e., 17th May, 2024. But on 21st May, 2024 I checked that the transfer failed. My banking details are correct as per banking information entered and I have re applied and it has been approved and still in processing as of 22nd May, 2024. If this again gets failed I will be forced to think that it is just a scheme to dupe my CIBIL and gather financial data. CLN: 21896955

                                I have been using Cashe services from a long time and they have been helpful always. I have applied for withdrawal from my active limit on 11th May 2024 & it was processed but funds were not credited. On 15th May, it got declined requesting me to upload last 3 months bank statement and place request again. I could't upload the bank statement due to some problem in the app hence i have sent it via email and raised a ticket stating the same. Till date, the transfer is still in process and i am waiting for the funds to be credited in my account.

                                  I have been using this app for about 2 years now. It usually takes a couple of minutes to get the disbursement of loan amount for me. It won't even take an hour to get the loan. But for the first time I'm facing issue in disbursement of loan amount. It's been 5 hours since I have applied for the loan but didn't get disbursed yet.
