Loan

I have cleared my loan on 23rd march 2024 and I have reapplied on the same day for the loan from cashe and the status is in now processing and I didn’t receive any loan amount from cashe so kindly do the needful at the earliest.

After submitting documents my credit line was approved. Pl understand this.

After uploading all the documents my credit line approved. First of all you kindly understand that. From approved credit line I am not able to with draw funds.
Once the credit line approved after scrutiny of all documents, what is the necessity to upload again and again the documents....

Credit line approved but amount not disbursed

I am using cashe since 3 year but this time when I have closed my loan and applied for new loan the loan amount not disbursed since 4 days past. I have sent many mails to their customer support.Every time they are saying there is some technical issue at banks end. How this is possible. Their service getting worse day by day. Just disburse the amount or cancel my application why their is so much time taking?

Loan approved but amount not disbursed since 4 days

I am a cashe client since 3 years and closed all my loan on time but this time when I have applied for loan they have just approved my application and still 4 days past bug amount not credited.

I have sent so many mails but they only responded that your application have been approved and due to some technical issue at bank your funds have not released till now.

Approved Loan Amount not disbursed since last 12 days

I have applied a cash loan through Cashe credit Line on 10/03/24 & the same is approved by Cashe Team, but still the approved amount not disbursed after 12 days still status showing in apps is processing.Tried creating multiple tickets, informing them of my medical emergency but there was only automated response of bank issues, technical problems and payment gateway issues.

Based on last communications with Cashe customer support...

Loan Disbursement

After repeated of email my problem is yet to be solved and i get the same reply from them.{e would like to inform that your loan application has been approved from our end. However, we are facing some technical issues while disbursing funds.

Please be assured, we have taken up the matter with the bank. The tentative ETR provided by bank is 05 working days from the date your loan is approved.

I am complaining about Loan disbursement after e-sign

Hi I would like to raise a serious concern about Cashe app who gives false commitment and have no options to contact them.. Their executives are always busy on another call and the chatbot service will never satisfy your query. They only ask to refer to the app where again the same issue exists..
This app have given me mental pressure.
This is highly unprofessional from Cashe it seems nothing less than an illegal way of harassing...

Loan Approved but funds not disbursed

Hi,

I have applied a loan on Jan 30, 2024 . It was approved but the funds not disbursed. After multiple followups finally a lady called me and said she is cancelling my request and asked me to reapply. On Feb 23rd I have applied again, and again the loan was approved, the funds are yet to be disbursed.
I have made multiple email requests everytime I get the same automated response but the funds yet to be released. Could...

Have applied twice in the last 15 days ... Every time the loan gets approved and after waiting for 7 days it gets cancelled. Reason mentioned transfer failed.

This inspite being assured that loan will be disbursed within 24hrs.

Have availed multiple loans from Cashe in the past but have never faced such delays and service.

Apart from automated email responses...

I had applied for cashe loan / credit line on 26th Feb and after multiple follow up loan agreement was sent to me under notification Tab in cashe app and agreement was digitally signed by me on 07th March 2024. But till today i.e 14th March 2024 I have not received credit in my account .

Kindly do the needful urgently and process disbursement on top priority as I need funds for my mother's treatment....

#CLN5033892 loan not disbursed

CASHe is not disbursed the loans at all. My loan application is in processing status since 20 days. I applied on 20th Feb 2024 They asked me to reapply after 10 days and still there is no progress. No matter how many emails you send to [protected]@cashe.co.in and [protected]@bhanix.in they have standard and same response for all the users and all the emails. This is a fraud company. File a complaint against Bhanix group on the below site https://cms.rbi.org.in...

Have been using Cashe from last year and till now I never faced any issues. But recently, I closed my previous loan and applied for a new one approved from your end. But the amount still did not got transferred to my account. It has been 10 Days, but the app status still shows transferring the loan amount. My loan is showing as "Processing" since 13/03/2024, however, the amount has not yet been credited to my account. (Please see the attached screenshot)

Loan Approved but still not disbursed after 13 days

My cashe CLN number is 13644219, I got an offer to clos my pending emis on 29th Feb 2024 and my new approved credit line get updated to 330000, then I applied loan on 1st March which got processed on same day but even after 13 days the same have been showing as disbursal in process, I needed it for urgent requirement and now my emergency funds have been almost exhausted, kindly help to process it at the earliest, have raised multiple tickets...
