[Resolved]  Cashe — I paid settlement amount but till they send mail interest amount

CASHe Loan Account No: [protected], mobile [protected].. my pending principal amt 21620 penality amt 6229 waiver that settlement letter they sent after cashe executive confirmation I paid 2 installment 1 st one Feb 28th, another one 28 th March date but my salary month end so already said don't take 28 th date because Feb 28 days I received salary but next month 30th only I will get but cashe executive chatting through whatsapp no problem sir u can take 2 days time so paid and complete but after March to till now they called and sent mail also penalty amount pending ..pls check and help for noc ..
