[Resolved]  Cashe — Loan amount disbursal delayed more than given time period

My name is akhil raj and i applied for a loan in cash e on Feb 13 th and they told I will get my loan amount disbursed with in few hours and today it's feb 19 th still my loan amount is not disbursed.i written a mail to cashe customer support and they said due to security protocols from lending partners it's taking time and it's not a perfect reason because from 4 days the cash e customer support is mailing me the same about my loan disbursal issue and it's not fair.
